These are small packages under one pound in weight that are not technically considered parcels, but can be processed by parcel sorters. These items weigh between two and 15.99 ounces, and may also fit the following criteria*:
- Rolls or tubes up to 26 inches in length and merchandise samples that are not individually addressed
- Unwrapped, paper-wrapped, or sleeve-wrapped articles
- Articles enclosed in envelopes that are not letter-sized, flat-mail, or "machineable"
